Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Equine-Assisted Therapy
Equine therapy is a proven therapeutic method that uses horses to help you process emotions and develop coping skills. Through structured activities such as grooming or leading, you’ll enhance your confidence, gain new insights, and improve your emotional resilience, all within a safe, supportive environment.
Brainspotting -
Trauma ReProcessing
Trauma and stress often get stuck in the body, keeping you trapped in old patterns. Brainspotting helps locate and process these experiences by using your visual field to access deep brain healing. This gentle yet effective approach can bring clarity, emotional release, and long-term relief.
Emotion Focused Therapy
Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) helps you recognize and manage emotions in a healthy way. It views emotions as valuable signals and guides you in exploring and reshaping deep emotional patterns. Often used in individual therapy, EFT supports emotional well-being and strengthens relationships.
Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS)
Have you ever felt like different parts of you are in conflict—one part pushing you forward while another holds you back? Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps you understand and heal these inner parts, whether it’s a harsh inner critic, a wounded child, or a part that copes in unhealthy ways.
